Do you think every president goes through a awkward first few weeks in office when they’re not sure when’s the right time to ask if aliens are real or not?
Making some character/cosplay design sheets. These and others will be available wednesday. I’ll do a page with just a large face for makeup design, and there’ll be a full figure page, a page with just torsos, a page with a turnaround of the figure and a page with a character sheet. (more versions of this will be released with different body types after that)
HE BROUGHT IT ON HIMSELF
I actually found this pretty depressing because when Happy asks her if she’s boxed before, she looks so proud of herself when she says she has, and then he just kind of demeans her response by suggesting that she wasn’t a real boxer, and you see her face just drop.
Natasha Romanoff: professional to an extent.
She’s professional the whole way through — Happy is the one who isn’t just stupefyingly unprofessional but vicious in his attempt to punch her when her back was turned.
Literally. He tried to punch a woman he’d just met, before she’d gotten any gloves, before he’d explained anything else to her. Fuck anybody who thinks that Natasha’s treatment of him (which is so obviously instinct and training, not a desire to humiliate him, unlike his violence toward her) is unprofessional.

I won’t become a doctor.
One day you will be sick."
Poem written by an 11 year old Afghan girl
This poem was recorded in a NYT magazine article about female underground poetry groups in Afghanistan. An amazing article about the ways in which women are using a traditional two line poetry form to express their resistance to male oppression, their feelings about love (considered blasphemous).
"u dont need makeup to be pretty just be urself!!!"

"A racist woman is not a feminist; she doesn’t care about helping women, just the women who look like her and can buy the same things she can.
A transphobic woman is not a feminist; she is overly concerned with policing the bodies and expressions of others.
A woman against reproductive rights — to use bell hook’s own example, and an issue close to your heart — is not a feminist; she prioritizes her dogma or her disgust over the bodies of others.
An ableist woman is not a feminist; she holds some Platonic ideal of what a physically or mentally “whole” person should be and tries to force the world to fit inside it."
"A new study shows that men are threatened by confident women taking pictures of themselves, and call these women stupid, socially inept, and ugly. In other news, the world is round, the sky is blue, and the patriarchy is still shitty."
In other other news, we as a society still think the solution to male insecurity is to tell women to stop doing things. Which things? All the things.
theres no cliche i love more than the ‘hate eachother at first - end up banging at the kitchen floor after months of pent up sexual frustration and passive aggressive innuendos’ cliche
